Domenic (Nick) Cundari

Nick Cundari was born and raised in Kamloops, graduating from Kamloops Senior Secondary School followed by completing his B.Sc. in Biochemistry at the University of British Columbia.

After his undergrad, Nick spent eight years owning and operating a private retail business at Sun Peaks Resort before obtaining his Juris Doctor from Thompson Rivers University Law in 2018. His years of experience in the private business sector gives him a practical understanding of his business clients’ needs.

Nick has a broad range of legal experience in both litigation and solicitor work. As part of our litigation team Nick has experience in both litigating and defending personal injury cases, as well as resolving contract, real estate, property damage, tenancy, and construction disputes for his clients. He has appeared in both Provincial and Supreme Court and has the unique experience of civil jury trials.

Nick also maintains a portfolio of solicitor clients servicing the areas of real estate conveyancing, wills and estates, and corporate/business law. Should a dispute arise for one of his solicitor clients, Nick’s litigation background allows him to effectively resolve the matter quickly and efficiently.

Outside of his legal practice, Nick enjoys spending time with his family hiking in the hills, fishing on the surrounding lakes, and snowboarding at Sun Peaks Resort.
